What if they are all projects under one business entity? Do you still have to have separate stripe accounts?
Yes, I believe so.
Perfect, thank you for keeping my head straight!
Background: One of my small projects is curating a list of travel resources, primarially ones made by makers. Is it better to ask each maker if they want to be listed, or just list them and tell them later?
It is better to ask for forgiveness than permission. Whats the worst that could happen? the makers say "Please take my name off". Asking for permission makes whatever you are making seem by default sketchy or by default their names are valuable and should receive compensation for listing it. If none of the above is the case list and see what happens next
list them first and tell them later. Everyone loves free publicity
We went with a Wyoming one. Which state are you based in? If you are conducting the majority of your business in another state, you will have to foreign qualify and you will pay a franchise tax or foreign entity tax.
Hey Ross, I'm based outside the U.S in Africa which is why I'm looking into Stripe Atlas.
^ Agree with the point above. I also want to add the importance of you time. Sleep, exercise, relaxation. Balance it all out.
second above. We should talk about some of these projects, as I could provide some insight into them
Awesome, what's the best way to contact you?
I can't seem to find your user on the telegram chat!
I'm an ex-aviation consultant ( I used to plan routes) , so if you have any flight specific questions, shoot them my way. I'm also working on rebuilding a visa chat bot, would love to potentially host your project as one of the resources on it :)
Got it. I'll look into learning JS more and this :)
Cool! Happy to lend a hand if you have any q's along the way. I'm working on a mapbox project for mapping flights/travels.
Interesting. So they would be able to plop points in he map too?
Correct. User added points would need to happen on the front end with some JS which would update the JSON which is rendered by Mapbox into modals/hover points.
