Agree with Marc's overall conclusion. Another con is that you can't share emoji domains on Facebook (doesn't recognise as a URL).

You should read Matthew Walker’s book β€œThe Science of Sleep”. It tells that 0% of people can go with less than 7 hours of sleep, every day. Even if they think they can. The long term effects are devastating. I wrote a blog article about it: https://gijs.to/sleep/

ya bruuuu πŸ€ͺ to me, compound interest is a powerful concept when I can interpret it in other ways and apply it to different problems. The other thing that helps is being true to self and not hard on self if you are 'failing'. There isn't such a thing per se. Usually others things tangled in that. Be accountable to yourself and see if you are moving forward or not and adjust as needed. yaddamean?

I used MoBike in Berlin because I already had the app installed from using it in London and already had credit on that app and a bike was already right there in front of me.
