45-minute workout: trampoline and home bike #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Finally it rained outside, it was about time. The barefoot walk after was great because it was the slightly wet soil but still warm which is a comfortable and relaxing mixture. Humidity is high now accordingly. #health

barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Extraordinary weather, good mood and sunshine. First day of filling the 5-minute journal. Only in terms of what I got done not that nice. #health

barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Fine weather: sun, blue sky, warm, could be bit fresher, at least some wind, pollen allergy still going especially tickling nose; skin irregularities forehead still there (at least since 13.05.18, on my intense mother鈥檚 day walk in the sun) which I鈥檓 trying to treat with eating meat once a week (every Sunday) since 27.05.18 after having consulted the doctor on 24.05.18); it鈥檚 the only bodily issue I鈥檓 having an eye on (except for my eyes which is only cosmetic thing); apart from that the HIIT workout from yesterday is still in my bones (especially bump and upper legs 馃槢 - oh and I鈥檝e been taking it pretty slow with walking, around 20 minutes all these past day, which I find ok since I have real workout sessions in which I鈥檓 moving faster #health
Today's amount of footbag juggling: 62 (goal this year: 100) #health
practiced gratitude in my digital 5-minute journal #health
meditated 3 minutes - Day 1 of 10 from the Basics of Headspace.com #health - I first tried Calm.com but it didn't work in my browser (Safari/macOS), so instead of fighting it and wanting to make it work I let it go, stopped wasting time trying and moved on to Headspace which worked instantly in the browser and honestly looks also prettier thanks to their illustrative and motion graphics style.
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Good weather. Sunny as almost every day the last days with some decent wind that feels refreshing. Overall good weather. Pollen allergy still affecting me #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Weather is fine, got up late because it were long days these last days - mainly because of a couchsurfing stay which made me change my day progress #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Warm, sunny, almost every day looks the same. Starts getting boring if I鈥檇 focus on weather conditions only - only yesterday it was cloudy (and accordingly refreshing) #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Good relaxed walking with some nice (speechless) interhuman energy going on. Interestingly, seconds after I had a roof above my head it started raining. It was about time. It鈥檚 been too dry the last days. #health
Amount of footbag juggling: 61 (goal this year: 100) - remarks: Evening hacky sack session was ok, allergy was pretty intense. Water is my savior. The session was, my moves felt l茅g猫re and seamless. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Another early morning walk directly after getting up. Building up a routine - unplanned. Still super warm early in the day already but in the shades agreeable 馃槢 I built my strategy to deal with the heat during the working day - super cold water on the head works wonders 馃檪 #health
great trampoline and home bike session - listening to gorgeous house music at hype machine https://hypem.com/tags/house #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20,25 min - average speed: 5,33 km/h - remarks: Still hot in the morning already (around 8am), in the shades ok. Not used to warm weather anymore but I鈥檒l adjust also to be prepared for Madagascar weather 馃槢 #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Brutally hot in the morning already, allergy in place. Not enjoyable weather for me personally but that鈥檚 ok. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didn鈥檛 feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didn鈥檛 do yesterday 馃檨 #health
trampoline-jumping, had to be a bit quieter and less intense than usual because it's late (10pm) already and I don't want to disturb the neighbors but still some sweating that was going on. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: Well, what can I say? Another splendid day. Sun, blue sky, warm - still allergy pollen in the air but it鈥檚 nothing I can change anything about except for accepting it and moving on. Funnily, an old guy put a little smile on his face when he passed by with his bike (a similar but less intense reaction than moment 0000001 https://naii.io/moments/#0000001 that happened 6 days ago). It seems to create an instant reaction when people (in this men in grandpa age) see you walking barefoot. A kid, also on the bike, maybe 10 years old, passed by and looked behind. Yes, it was probably because of walking barefoot. Very interesting. If you can create a smile in people鈥檚 faces or create curiosity with a banal thing like walking barefoot imagine how much scale there is. Puh鈥 #health
amount of footbag juggling: 45 (goal this year: 100) #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Almost spooky how constantly good the weather is. Around 15-16 degrees centigrade in the morning and up to 28 degrees in the afternoon. No rain, only blue sky, sunshine and some refreshing breeze of wind #health
30-minute home-bike ride workout #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 19 min - average speed: 5,68 km/h - remarks: Good barefoot walk. Passed by a group of people (gathering) and they were all staring at their phones, maybe the Pokemon thing having another wave. Also, passed by an accident n which a bicycle lay in front of the car (with those iconic white shapes around the bike and front part of the car) and 2-3 cars around. Passing by the policeman (2 men, 1 women) the men seemed to 鈥瀍njoy鈥 me walking barefoot - I find no other explanation why they stared at me like that. It鈥檚 very simple to stand out from the crowd (not that this was my intention since my intentions to walk barefoot are purely out of healthy aspects). But if you want to stand out easily go to places where you know that people have their way of doing things and just don鈥檛 do only one aspect of it and boom you鈥檒l become the 鈥瀉ttraction鈥 even if you didn鈥檛 want (like I didn鈥檛). #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - amount of footbag juggling: 93 (goal this year: 100) - remarks: A post-hacky-sack outdoor training walk with great Golden hour sun (not too warm, not too cold) #health
/done walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: Later than I liked I did the night walk. Again, chilly temperatures outside but refreshing as well. Moon looks more orange tonight and a bit more out of shape (less clear). #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Super cool moon and pretty cold because of the very clear sky, still enjoyable. #health
updated my now page (last update was 01 April) - felt very good #health
artist date in the form of hacky sack playing and a bit of reading Stephane Hessel (and some identity research provided by the Open University) #health
walked 3,4km 馃弮 - time: 40 min - average speed: 5,10 km/h - remarks: Used today鈥檚 walking time to combine with something dutiful (getting a package - NOMAD Wallet Case) out of the customs office - blog post about is in draft. Was pretty mild (around 14 degrees centigrade) but still walked in flip-flops because why not. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Night walk after a not so super accomplished but ok day. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: Hard-to-get up morning with swollen face (nose, eyes) due to allergy. Dry throat and feeling sick though the allergy is 鈥瀓ust鈥 an allergy not a cold. The walk itself felt good. Still, body is feeling week. Will research natural ways to handle allergy. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20,75 min - average speed: 5,20 km/h - remarks: Starting the work week one day later than usual cos I took a day off yesterday. Today, again warm, sunny, weather seems to be constant. Still, allergy is present which is getting on my nerves but ok - I try not to complain out loud #health
walked 20km 馃弮 - time: 190 min - average speed: 6,32 km/h - remarks: Long walk on Sunday as part of my Sunday artist date, awesome feeling afterwards especially knowing that I endured the distance and walked only a little more than 3 hours while taking photos and audio-record on the fly. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: After yesterday having missed to walk outside, today/tonight I had another 1am night walk. Nicely fresh and calm outside. Very refreshing air. I鈥檓 on a rather inconsistent rhythm in terms of doing the walk. Next week I want to improve, starting Monday. #health
clean my physical whiteboard from notes, ideas, distractions and opportunities - always a very refreshing and cleansing thing to do and very good for my well-being #health
35 minutes trampoline jumping and making notes in a brain-dumping manner #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: High humidity outside - even tropical it feels, sunny, partly cloudy and actually hot and sticky. Still, people are outside, riding the bike, walking, talking, chatting on today鈥檚 Ascension Day - ascension of whom? Some say of a guy named Jesus but it could be any other person you鈥檇 like to see ascend, even yourself. If heaven is actually the place where you鈥檇 like to go, I recommend to take a ride on an airplane or learn to become an astronaut like Alexander Gerst. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 18 min - average speed: 6 km/h - remarks: Beautiful midnight walk - not better or worse than a sunny-day walk only different. Still the chirping out of the dark trees make the whole difference and make the darkness less scary. Also having seen a rabbit running along the road is super fun. Their speed is incredible and the tail-swinging unique :P #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: deep-in-the-night walk with very dark sky and wood only the street lights and stars illuminated the path (bit scary and I observed myself feeling fear and walking faster than usual - the chirping birds kind of calmed me down anyway). Overall super fresh air whereas during the day it as super nicely warm. It鈥檚 close to perfect weather right now: At daytime 25-30 degrees with sun and blue sky and at night fresh temperatures (even cold-ish) so one can sleep very well, and it鈥檚 calm during the night - one advantage of living at the edge of a city close to nature. #health
played hacky sack outside with beautiful weather, sunshine, blue sky, birds chirping - paradisic conditions - and walked 1.8km barefoot #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: One couldn鈥檛 believe that a feeling of paradise (blue sky, sun, green bushes and trees, tranquility surrounded by birds chirping) could arise in an Eastern part of Berlin that is publicly known for socially troubled families, poor people, unemployment and Nazis. I鈥檇 like to invite those who swallowed that propaganda pill and spend a day with in this Berlin district called Marzahn - probably much better than its propagated reputation. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,25 min - average speed: 6,26 km/h - remarks: Third night with a late night walk. Birds are active, even loud, low temperatures, fairly cold but also very refreshing #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: Another night walk, need to make sure I鈥檓 getting out in daylight so I鈥檓 turning into a vampire or something :P #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: A good night walk with full moon that created an enlightened atmosphere, protection and calm. Fairly fresh outside which makes the likelihood of a good sleep afterwords high. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,25 min - average speed: 6,26 km/h - remarks: Cloudy this morning but tropical feeling thanks to the birds chirping #health
cleaned my physical whiteboards and digitized the notes on them - important for mental #health (clarity)
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 16,75 km/h - remarks: Good morning walk. Realized that a short night sleep (6h) is preferable over long night sleep (8h) because I鈥檓 getting out of bed better. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,25 min - average speed: 6,26 km/h - remarks: Midnight walk, late but fine. Nice silence only birds to hear and some cars on the road. In total pretty enjoyable and the majesty of the moonshine. #health
walked 2.6km 馃弮 - time: 24 min - average speed: 6,50 km/h - remarks: A two-way morning walk incl. a return walk, combining pleasure with duty (passport retrieval) #health
extended workout consisting of trampoline warm-up for the back, additional ground-floor warm-up, hiit training session, home-bike ride and a cool-down #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 19 min - average speed: 5,68 km/h - remarks: Super weather, blue sky, about 28 degrees centigrade, very enjoyable and that combined with a great catch-up call with a business friend after - awesome. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 18 min - average speed: 6 km/h - remarks: Good and refreshing 10pm night walk with flip-flops and only some travel-related thoughts (Madagascar) and the enjoyment of the Sichelmond (moon shaped as crescent). #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: Had an idea for a voice imitation learning series. For now just an idea, excited to see how I鈥檓 executing on it. Apart from that, sunny this morning, good temperature around 14 degrees centigrade in the shades and already barefoot-walking-friendly #health
workout (10-minute trampoline warm up, 20-minute home bike ride cardio and 5-minute cool down) #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 18,5 min - average speed: 5,84 km/h - remarks: Gray, cloudy, slightly rainy morning. Feels a bit depressing but then I was thinking about vlogging since I actually reviewed a landing page that was purely about vlogging (vlogology.com). Vlogging has one nice aspect: It forces you to be(come) creative throughout the day so what you鈥檒l be telling your final vlog episode is actually interesting in one way or the other. Instead of watching a series on Netflix you can produce your own little 鈥瀌rama鈥 series. Why not? #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Nice sunny Sunday weather, also not too warm or too cold. Perfect for a barefoot walk. Won鈥檛 have a play-day today cos I got unfinished work but that鈥檚 fine. #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) 馃弮 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 7km 馃弮 - time: 60 min - average speed: 7 km/h - remarks: Had no more cash returning from the municipal office to renew my passport so I decided to get off the bus at terminal and walk just as I鈥檇 do if we were abroad - walking is great #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20,25 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Bit windy but still springly warm, sun, not many clouds. Allergy symptoms occur (tickling nose and stressed eyes). Good day. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17 min - average speed: 635 km/h - remarks: Extraordinarily calm at night when I did my walk, after Bayern made into the semi finals and la notte magica of AS Roma defeating Bar莽a yesterday. Also, lots of organization today (backup data, cleaning OmniFocus and writing down what鈥檚 written on my physical whiteboard, an agreement in terms of my rent). All in all, not a productive day in classic sense but a day of clarity and peace of mine - that is the best prerequisite for future action and decisions. No barefoot walk though because it was late already. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Another sunny day with warm temperatures and blue sky, just nice but the worst weather to get work done when you hear 鈥瀕ife鈥 outside. In terms of thoughts not much noise happening - my mind = a calm sea #health
First time with flip-flops and barefoot walking outside. Took its time but was very enjoyable with this way, nice warm, sunny weather and blue sky. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 5,76 min - average speed: 18,75 km/h - remarks: Good evening walk with many thoughts like ending my regular life rhythm and changing it in 2019 - I made a promise (also to myself) that I鈥檒l change that and come close the life and person I want to be - time of today鈥檚 includes bringing the garbage out. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 20,5 min - average speed: 5,27 km/h - remarks: A very slow walk mainly thinking whether a Dr. or PhD could be an option once I鈥檓 financially 鈥瀞ettled鈥 - the topic I鈥檇 chose to research on would be obviously 鈥濼he role of identity in the digital age鈥 #health
usual morning routine (walk, brain-dump, prime) #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No real big thoughts only a bit of a reflection on an upcoming call next week with a person I had spent a good amount of time with #health
four more modules of Kourosh Dini's great course "Being Productive - Simple Steps to Calm Focus": Learnt about habit-building through having low barriers; setting a reminder when to finish a work a session and having a buffer set before your start the work session; using an "Inbox" where you store distractions / thoughts that come to mind during a work session and to clean your Inbox after each session's end (so the Inbox doesn't become a todo list - which would kill it's purpose of being a temporary thought holder); when cleaning the Inbox deciding which items can be done in up to 2 minutes and which items will likely require more than 2 minutes - those < 2 minutes do immediately, those > 2 minutes put them in your todo list for today, another day or an action/project list 鈥 the important thing is to have the items organized at some place that fits best for you so that the Inbox becomes clean again. #health
30-minutes home-bike ride, 15 mins priming, 1.8km walking and brain-dumping after with quite a lot of thoughts that I released - perfectly faciliated by OmmWriter's gentle sound #health

admin stuff done - replying to non-urgent emails once a week (Saturday) has paid dividends on my #health - a simple life and business "hack"
nice 1.8km walk in the sun 馃尀, priming and brain-dump 馃 #health
slept super long (10 hours) but body needed it so I gave it to home, did my usual walk of 1.8km, did priming (my meditation), brain-dumped my most recent thoughts and can start the day with a fairly clear mind. #health
combo of home-bike ride and knee exercises seems to work pretty well, though I had slowed down my knee-exercise "program" my leg muscles overall feel strengthened, I wonder at which point in the future I'll feel comfortable again to play soccer 馃 #health
walked 10km 馃弮 - time: 180 min - average speed: 3,33 km/h - remarks: It was not a regular walk like usual but part of my artist date where I take breaks, read, take photos, sit and enjoy what surrounds me. The 10km is an estimation based on what Google Maps told me. #health

walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Got not real tranquility and calm in my head after these 16,75 minutes. Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: I was a minute faster (hmm鈥 maybe I didn鈥檛 stop the time well yesterday, anyway). It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. It鈥檚 right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film I鈥檝e been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts, the walk felt rushy in my head but was slow in reality. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Bit faster than yesterday. Pretty cold outside at 23:00. Knees seem ok, will do gentle exercises today. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: Again slower today but that鈥檚 ok. Especially the right knee is causing trouble when contracted and the left knee when making sudden moves. Will try actions that are more mellow to the knee. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Knees kind of ok, only some small pinching in the right knee when doing sudden movements. Thought about the benefit of voiceover: it facilitates expressing emotions that I normally wouldn鈥檛 feel or express or at least not in the intensity. So, VO a School of Emotion? Yes, something like that. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 15,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: Knees felt good cos I had 30-minute bike ride before (so they were warmed up); just continued digesting my thoughts on a new show concept I鈥檇 like to experiment with - it would include the German and English language and be selfish because I鈥檇 practice speaking in both language and it would not be selfish because of what (the content) I鈥檇 present. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16 min - average speed: 6,75 km/h - remarks: Both knees showed no pain or pinching. Mentally I was preparing for my mic time session tonight. No other thoughts than that. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,25 min - average speed: 6,65 km/h - remarks: No organized or clear thoughts, only randomly about being in Madagascar later this year in my offline time. Right knee is fine, left knee has some pinching. #health
priming for 15 minutes and home-bike ride workout for 30 minutes (less intense due to knee pinching) #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No focus on speed since I felt physically tired from yesterday鈥檚 鈥瀕ow鈥 day. The right knee is causing trouble: when I contract it grinds inside. Not sure how bad it is. I鈥檒l continue my rehab program but will apply more gentle intensity on the bike. If I see no improvement, will pay a visitor to doctor. #health
30-minute bike ride - less intense than usual to see how my knees react to it #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Little pinching in the right knee only; no wild or disorganized thoughts; walked with my sweater and scarf only, no jacket needed, around 10 degrees outside (nice and fresh); Scottish bulls are there again doing their thing - standing and moving their mouths and farting around; again a not so good speed performance, wanting to reach more than 7 km/h tomorrow and the days after #health
excellent 30-min indoor bike ride, super sweaty cos temperatures are up to 16 degrees Celsius outside. Awesome! Feeling great! #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 15,25 min - average speed: 7,08 km/h - remarks: Experienced the magic of wanting because today I walked fast than 7 km/h after I defined that goal yesterday. Like this kind of goal-setting. Being specific about goal-setting is key. Knee-wise: some pinching in both knee. Will see how they feel after the home-bike ride. #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Again super slow in terms of average speed. Knees feeling fine cos I had bike training today already. Though I鈥檓 not walking to be fast I want to increase the speed to at least reach more than 7 km/h as average speed. #health
had 25 minutes home bike riding today #health
walked 1.8km 馃弮 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Switched from 5km to 1,8km of walking because I want to spend more time (30 minutes instead of 15 minutes) on the home bike. Used the walk to digest the surprising news and made a plan. Basically I鈥檒l move to another place, where? I don鈥檛 know yet. - apart from that: super slow walk. #health
intense bike-training for 30 minutes (from today on I鈥檒l do 30 min instead of 15 min because I expect that to have better effect on my legs/knees. I鈥檒l walk 1.8km in about 20 min to compensate the bigger time on the bike, and abandon the 5 km that take around 40 minutes) - did sweat a lot on the bike but feeling great! #health
did late priming but it was good to have it done. #health
On my 4th day of the 7-day sabbatical I slept 9.5 hours instead of only 7 (I got up after 7 hours but decided to continue sleeping cos my body signalized me to) and I felt more rested, happier and had less visible dark rings under my eyes - will try to sleep more in general and see where that goes. In the past, I felt bad sleeping longer because I had less hours on the day to get things done. I'll see. #health
15-minutes intense home-bike ride - more intensity than yesterday - legs feeling used, yes! #health
priming (today at around noon) feels good #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 43,15 min - average speed: 6,95 km/h - remarks: Took it easy today - that鈥檚 why the time is sooo bad - because I heard my knee grinding/crunching which should be alerting. It鈥檚 snow outside, yep it really is. Weather really can have bad temper and good attitude or maybe it鈥檚 just the interpretation of the weather (by people) that attribute good or bad (maybe). Like money is weather itself neutral. Weather doesn鈥檛 want to harm you or please. It鈥檚 just there or it isn鈥檛 - like money. Apart from that philosophic excursion I wrote a brain dump on why an actor鈥檚 life is worth it and that vlogging (in public) is actually stage experience. #health
the 15-minutes intense home-bike ride I did less intense today because the knee felt painful during the day from time to time #health
did late priming but I can use it for the night because the night is the longest preparation time for the day after #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Frosty this morning with white frost (Reif) or hoar frost (Raureif) but overall friendly. I feel like doing the weather report 馃槢 Right knee had some tension before the walk but after the walk now is fine. Had no dominating thoughts because I was busy freezing ^^ #health
started the 1st day of my small-scale sabbatical (1-week); will stick my morning routine because it's essential but will focus on only one project to progress on (studiolist) and the most essential client work. #health
intense home bike ride for 15 minutes #health
priming for 15 minutes (via T. Robbins) #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Weird temperatures: not really super cold, but also not mild. Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because it鈥檚 kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. Also a good speed. #health

walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didn鈥檛 feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - it鈥檚 in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health

walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Walking was fine. Sun was out, super cold though. Invented a new character (鈥濲枚rk鈥) which I plan to use for a comedy format. I鈥檒l see. And: fastest walking speed this week! #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: knees both ok, still very cold outside due to clear sky; 4 days in a row with moon shining. Makes a tremendous difference on the mood to walk several days at midnight (dark and moon) and to walk several days at noon time (with sun and blue sky). #health
home-biked 30 minutes plus walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: Wild (uncalm) thoughts with the conclusion that I will have a small-scale sabbatical next for 7 days to relax and spend time on (also non-business) projects I neglected in the last weeks - and maybe start doing meditation, maybe - fastest walk this week! #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: Fantastically cold again. No clear thoughts only some fragments like how one of my best friends just (literally) mastered his studies with a 1,0 in his final colloquium. Awesome! And I went through some random scenes in my head where I would play a certain character. Character play and identity research gain more popularity in my world, it鈥檚 fun and fascinating to play with roles, stereotypes and character types. But the danger is to get lost in a character, if you don鈥檛 reset yourself regularly - I鈥檇 assume. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Bombastically cold! I felt parts of my face actually freeze to numb. If I hadn鈥檛 moved my facial muscles it would have :P Knees both fine. Also, I realized that in the beginning of each fast walk I鈥檝e been pumping to get my body on temperature. When warm enough I continue / maintain that rhythm until in middle (sometimes more towards to the end of the walk) I start to freeze because I lose tension in my body and concentration. Towards the end, I gain concentration again by pumping more and arrive with a pretty warmed up body back at the house. Also, in this midnight walk I realized how energy-draining fighting or dealing with the cold is. I鈥檓 feeling super hungry now. Also, during the walk I felt good and powerful, also because having walked though this 40 minutes of cold voluntarily is what I as a small and important win for the day :) #health
walked 6,4km 馃弮 - time: 6,4 min - average speed: 5,41 km/h - remarks: (happened on Monday) a walk out of my standard route because I surprise-visited my grandparents in Saxony and took the walk from train station to their village - hefty winds on the open fields and I crossed a tree-cutting area with tress having been de-rooted from all the winds and storms of the last weeks and months #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze (鈥瀉mazing鈥 ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions 鈥 both articles are about perspectives.) #health
30 minutes on the home bike - the sweating part is the best #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether I鈥檓 happy with how the day went and I鈥檇 say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didn鈥檛 do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I haven鈥檛 planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: sunny day - noticed: walking first thing in the morning clearly affects my mood (or in other words: I let the lack and presence of the sun influence my mood because I鈥檓 in control of it). However, having the sun outside while walking 5k clearly makes the the beginning of the day easier, especially because it鈥檚 an accomplishment in the morning after getting up felt more like a pain (鈥瀏etting out of warm bed with cold air in the room due to window open鈥 pain); Had the thought: The challenge is to keep up with the routine while not making it a boring experience. Had another thought: My life in exaggerated notions: Teens (10s) = the weird years, Twenties (20s) = the 鈥瀌runk鈥 years though I started drinking with something around 22 (late), Thirties (30s) = the serious years. Though exaggerated it鈥檚 accurate. Over and out. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: sunny again, cold to mild with regard to temperatures; thought about my copy delivery (theme park) and how I could make it sound more peer-to-peer/conversational/natural; had in mind that people can be appealing in terms of their outward appearance or their inner soul, meaning: you can love/like the inner soul of a person although he/she may have things on the surface you don鈥檛 consider pretty. So the lesson to learn is: Even if you don鈥檛 like the surface of a person (like you don鈥檛 like some things that person said), you can still learn from that person. To say it more direct and frank: Even if a person is ugly for you to look at (which is highly subjective) or an asshole in what he/she is saying, still keep your senses open to what it is he/she is expressing and how he/she is as a person. People don鈥檛 only say bad things and people are not only assholes - this is not a movie played by characters, it鈥檚 life played by humans which means that - in theory - you would be able to relate anybody鈥檚 decisions, notions and expression. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: walking went fine, sun outside, not too cold in the sun. Thought about the paradise book and now defined that I will merge it with the concept of 鈥瀒dentity鈥 book because Paradise is essentially about identity and 鈥瀞olving to decipher self-awareness鈥 #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: walked with 30 minutes of home-bike training in my legs (I started today because my legs started to get weak again), apart from that I thought about a daily 10-seconds show on youtube that uses gaps to tell the story - the gaps also create rhythms (a storytelling / narrative and voiceover experiment) in the realm of stolenvoice #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: sunny, partly blue sky, in winter dress it felt warm and sweaty. Overall a nice and relaxed mood at noon time here. Thoughts were about acting, meaning: When you鈥檙e acting, you鈥檙e not all of a sudden becoming that character. The camera or microphone only happens to be there when you perform those particular lines and scenes. The story of the character began before the recording and will continue when the recording has finished. That makes acting so challenging when learning but rewarding when 鈥瀖astering鈥. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: except for a 5-head pig family that fled from me nothing to report - funny was that when I stopped to hear them flee up into the hill I saw the branches cracking and heart a single grunt from the mother or father pig 馃槈 #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: again slower today but stomach was relatively full; apart from that I thought about making a video that explains the pros and cons of WhatsApp compared to Telegram with the intention to explain friends and some business contacts that Telegram is the better choice 馃槈 #health
walked 5km (but it was Friday, Feb 16) 馃弮 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Clearly slower than yesterday but still faster than usual - no big thoughts only the idea that my artist鈥檚 name I want keep (so iian will survive) #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 39,25 min - average speed: 7,64 km/h - remarks: by far the fastest 5k so far; and I really made an effort to be fast this time because I wanted to check this walk for today. And I think I could even be faster because walking the stairs up and down takes at least 20 seconds. In terms of thoughts only a good feeling that I made more little progress in terms of voiceover, feels actually very good. Apart from that no big other thoughts. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: scary鈥 3rd day in a row with the same 41,5 minutes of walking time, also scary (in a positive sense) is the obscurity due to the fog outside, perfect setting for B/C horror movie setting. Apart from that many thoughts about the pursue of my path as an actor/voiceover and the feeling that this is something I want to spend more time on. Feels good doing it and makes me feel good. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: Though tonight was colder than yesterday again it felt better to walk since the refreshment effect is much better. I鈥檓 fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the 鈥瀌ay job鈥. Also my fake meat balls turned out fine https://twitter.com/Naii/status/963531068686159872 #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so I鈥檒l try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about the African trip via africahowareyou and the many ways I could be killed (while sleeping sticking a knife in my stomach - reel deep, shaking my hand while infecting me with HIV because there鈥檚 a needle in the palm of the hand that has infected blood on it; cutting my calves (so I get hurt) when I鈥檓 about to start running and can鈥檛 continue because I would need to stop the bleeding of course). This is me having thoughts about African countries and a continent that except for Morocco I鈥檝e never met. I also had the thought to make a crazy wild and super loud rain dance or something when I feel I鈥檝e been followed by people to get other people鈥檚 attention and make my followers go away. And I thought to create a shirt that says hashtag 鈥瀉fricahowareyou鈥 with the African continent in heart shape and in the back of shirt it says 鈥濸lease don鈥檛 kill me. I鈥檓 a friend like you.鈥 This shirt is likely to be used, I feel. Also, I thought about potential conversations I could have explaining my decision to go to Africa, although I would have no reason to explain it. I鈥檓 simply bored and partly disgusted by the Western lifestyle and how they pretend it鈥檚 all fine where lots of parts in the world ARE NOT FINE AT ALL. I find that ignorant and I鈥檝e been ignorant for the biggest part of my life. I鈥檓 having some connections in Africa that I could warm up. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: pretty slow compared to yesterday and the days before. Contemplated a lot about soccer, and missing to play soccer about missed chances in life - feeling a bit sentimental. Nothing to worry but important to acknowledge that today鈥檚 meeting with one of my most important friends in my childhood and teenage yesterday got me thinking and encourages me go after what I wanna do with my life - now more than ever. That means to pursue what I鈥檓 doing now and stick to my gut feeling, really listen to what Mr. Gut tells me. Life can be terrible if you never release your thoughts and transform them into action. You can feel like a prisoner caught in your self - horrible. That鈥檚 why taking action, getting things going, even only talking about them and taking those walks (that I鈥檝e been doing for some weeks now) helps to break free from this cage and farewell it with a mixture of middle finger and a hug. Contradiction? Totally, but that鈥檚 life in general. As far as I鈥檓 concerned. #health
I walked 200 kilometers in the past 6 weeks. It's an easy example that shows by doing little every day you reach dimensions that seem hard at first. But by having walked at least 5 kilometers every day of the past 40 days in 2018 I did nothing special. I was only disciplined and knew why I've been walking. I hope this encourages you to work on X to achieve Y and be happy as Z 馃檪 #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: was mostly thinking about the meeting tomorrow with good old friend of mine (from primary school) and how much fun it would be to challenge myself to speak a decent British English accent within 7 days and having a fake interview or something to see how British I could sound #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,50 min - average speed: 7,25 km/h - remarks: walking was 1 minute slower mainly because head was heavier with thoughts than yesterday, wasted literally hours because I did let myself distract by a request of a potential client for consulting although I only offer consulting as part of freewritecamp (and that works pro bono). Also learned that 鈥瀝sync鈥 doesn鈥檛 ask for permission to overwrite existing folders, it simply overwrites. That makes the transition from one web server to the other no longer a finished task - I could have checked before but instead I assumed it would be working like a user-friendly GUI works *盲tsch* it doesn鈥檛. Lessons learned: Know what destination you鈥檙e aiming at. If consulting work is not your focus right now then don鈥檛 let it become a thing. Also, double-check how a terminal command that you don鈥檛 know works and test it in the sandbox before you apply it in the real world. Apart from that my knees are ok. I feel the daily 5km walk is doing good them, though I observed that my legs adjusted to that little workout and the muscles start to reduce already - will want to add more workout time in the day (having a plan, only need to execute it and make it habit I stick to) #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: wild thoughts again, processing the day kind of and thinking that the 5kchallenge (my African trip) is dependent not only on making those 5k revenue out of my vo business, but also dependent on whether I actually get soycubano written until end of August 2018 - because I don鈥 t want enter a wild journey when I haven鈥檛 fully reviewed and process (plus written) the story of my 2018 adventure in Cuba. So, there鈥檚 that. Overall an interesting day with a strong focus on my stolenvoice business - no practicing commercial scripts though which I want to do tomorrow since business AND art is important to stay in shape. - oh and another fast walk today, I鈥檓 surprised and like it! #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: something is going on - I was again faster than yesterday! Incredible. Also, had a an interesting thought towards the end of my walk which I executed immediately (an 鈥瀠nlock鈥 page for stolenvoice to arouse curiosity) #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: wild thoughts that crossed my mind, from finding a partner or not, to the cuba experience (and the heavy rain Erick and I experience in Vi帽ales), I thought the freewritecamp lesson I sent out today (2 days late) and I thought about how to talk on social media so it鈥檚 meaningful on the one hand (me being the 鈥瀍xpert鈥) but on the other hand personal to bond with some of the people following me鈥 lots of thoughts, AND: if I exclude yesterday鈥檚 super-fast performance (with more than 5km of talking) tonight was the first time I walked less than 41 minutes for 5km - and it was extraordinarily cold but also beautiful with the moon and clear sky - a setting Stephen King would have liked as well (yesterday and today while taking the train I read on his 鈥濷n Writing鈥 piece and I like many parts of it #health
walked 5.7km 馃弮 - time: 45,5 min - average speed: 7,52 km/h - remarks: first time walk at my bro鈥檚 neighborhood north of Berlin, felt good, was fricking cold but for now the fastest time - and walked bit more than 5km because there was no other route to walk #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: as always the act of walking is my best friend, helping me by giving answers and clearing up my head. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: 2nd time with that time (3rd fastest walk in total). Knee pain close to non-existent probably because of the cleaning job I had before. Had many thoughts crossing my mind - mind was uncalm 鈥濧F鈥 (as the youngsters say). Thought a lot about my decision to go all-in on voice-over and I like the commitment. Let鈥檚 see if I can meet my personal goal (entering the acting world through voiceover) with my economic goals (not be broke) *haha* #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (鈥瀖ini humans鈥), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so there鈥檚 that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but that鈥檚 fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: many thoughts that crossed my mind (from the past, present and future), was raining outside all day, accordingly puddles outside to either pass by or walked through (I did both - over some I jumped), felt stressed inside my head and plucked up my courage to scream out loud into the dark with nobody around - powerful, felt AWESOME! On the final piece of the walk saw a blue police light and a a car in front, didn鈥檛 look like an accident, decided to continue walking to not have such bad time at the end. Thought that my latest revelation to spend my time on voiced videos is great - the challenge of making 5k revenue until end of august is pushing my. Felt party like a Tony Robbins version - in tiny and less strong but still very much a robbins, suppose the 鈥瀢ake up鈥 call into the night helped me feel this way. Will want to get out of of bed shouting 鈥瀉wesome鈥 and drumming my chest like an alpha male gorilla - which reminded me of an old 2086 computer game where a gorilla throws bananas around and you define the angle and force. That鈥檚 it - great brain dump after walked. Feeling empowered. Peace out, and long hair. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: I was walking faster than yesterday (almost 1 minute), and it was because I was shifting from being tired when I started walking (I had just got up) to 鈥濱 have an idea how to make my new voiceover business work鈥. So, when I returned to my room after the walk, I wrote, set up a sign-up form, published three new posts and 4,5 hours later I was done. That was one of the most intense 4,5 hours that I had not planned at all for the day 鈥 but this only happened because I was walking outside (I forced myself to walk although I was tired) and let my thoughts flow. So, I invested 4,5 hours into what was not planned and but it felt to be the right things. Today鈥檚 鈥/done鈥 tasks will reflect that. Also to be noted: When you have ideas you move/walk faster. Head needs body, body needs head. And one needs movement to stay mentally in flow #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: trees in winter time only show their skeleton, the barebone. less would only mean that they ceased to exist. That鈥檚 a metaphor for winter times (or rough times) in general. you concentrate on what鈥檚 essential to your survival and therefore well-being. if trees didn鈥檛 reduce their 鈥瀘rganism鈥 to only brown-gray branches, they would die. remember what a tree does so you can learn from that in difficult or hard times in life. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: like yesterday a very necessary walk out since I felt the roof was falling onto my head. Realized once more that walking for 30-60 minutes doesn鈥檛 only help physical health but gives me time to arrange your thoughts (and let come up what鈥檚 important right now). I could run instead of having a walk but then 5km would over sooner, and then I would have to run more than 5km to have enough time for thinking through and cleansing my head, but that would mean I would lose energy for the rest of my activities on the day. And the walking itself is not about performance (kilometers per minute/hour) but the consistency of doing it. So, all in all it鈥檚 good to stick to 5km every day consistently and if I鈥檓 feeling I add some workout to it. #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 43,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: one of the slowest fast-walks so far though I liked the mental bridges I had created during the walk (potencial/potency = close by legs, energy = arms, thinking = head) that served as 3 shortcuts to remember my thoughts and write them down back in the house #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 43,25 min - average speed: 6,94 km/h - remarks: walked directly after I returned from cleaning job - so I was physically tired obviously #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: Had two quick ideas that I noted down after the walk, the walk itself was fine. Knees felt smooth and my legs were still under the 鈥瀠sed鈥 influence of my HIIT session on Tuesday (two days ago) *nice* #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 43 min - average speed: 6,98 km/h - remarks: During the walk I had an idea for a naii blog post that kept me busy for the next 2.75h after I returned back to the house, and I had first rough idea for the UI of studiolist (dark-blue/gray/purple-ish + yellow color scheme - so it looks a bit technical but not too technical) #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: I was remarkably faster than yesterday (in fact it was the 2nd fastest day after day 1 with 41 min). My assumption: Today I finished my day job duty early and I knew what I wanted to do until the evening, meaning: having a plan is a vehicle to get things going, even if the plan change. Lesson: Have a plan and be flexible enough to change ("kill your darlings") #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 43,50 min - average speed: 6,90 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about soycubano and the cold temperatures outside made feeling uncomfortable easier - cold is great, to a degree #health

walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: feeling a bit stressed because I have a social appointment of a few hours plus day 3 delivery for the studiolist project and the next lesson to deliver for freewritecamp, I hope to enjoy the social thing despite the pressure of tasks #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: Super confused in my head I was before the walk; after I now have more clarity. Not having dumped my thoughts for more than 4 weeks clearly shows that stuff has aggregated in my head. Not happy about it but working on improving it. One outcome is: I hope to concentrate on building things (products, stories, books, etc.) rather than serving people through my services. #health

walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: melted snow which made walking harder and wetter but also fun - remembering childhood moments playing soccer in the snow *awesome* #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: took a little shortcut (few meters less), beside that lots of thoughts running through my head mostly because of starting with a new daily routine today (practicing my craft) which usually doesn鈥檛 work smoothly in the beginning but that鈥檚 ok #health
walked 5km 馃弮 - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: some pinching in the right knee (probably due to cold weather), came up with the name for a new project to list sound recording studios for traveling voice artists like myself #studiolist #health
