I walked 200 kilometers in the past 6 weeks. It's an easy example that shows by doing little every day you reach dimensions that seem hard at first. But by having walked at least 5 kilometers every day of the past 40 days in 2018 I did nothing special. I was only disciplined and knew why I've been walking. I hope this encourages you to work on X to achieve Y and be happy as Z πŸ™‚ #health
