Do you use a ticket system to handle customer support and if so which one would you advice?
We use Intercom (https://www.intercom.com) at BetaList. I really like it, but it's quite pricey.
Some of the things I like about it:
- Shows previous customer communication
- Includes OS / browser / etc info for customers
- You can assign tickets to team-members (not sure if relevant for you?)
- Integrates with Stripe so you can see customer's billing status
I second helpscout! Amazingly great service that does one thing and does it well. There's nothing like an intuitive system that does its job well and gets out of the way so you can crank through tickets!
