Do you use a workflow manager like Shift or Kiwi?

Hi!

Do you use Shift, Kiwi for Gmail, or something else like it? Curious what you think.

I'm thinking of signing up for their paid versions. Shift is $100/yr vs Kiwi's $30-$84/yr. Not sure if the cost is truly worth it.

Why I ask:
I have to manage 4+ accounts with totally unrelated workflows, and it's getting unwieldy.

What is your exact question besides the obvious Yes/No part of it?

If the answer is no, there's no need to answer of course. If the answer is yes, I'd like to hear about your experience and overall impression of it as a paid subscriber. I've looked at other reviews and forums online of these products, but I value the opinions of this group in particular.

Let me know if I should clarify further.

Here's what I do:

Assuming I am starting from "Unproductive" state, no tool/system has been the right fit.
I start with paper and pencil to note down tasks & just start with something. Momentum helps.
And once I have momentum, I will observe what I am attempting to do, where I can use the tech in my productivity system. Then I will just go get that. This could be a custom thing I put together or whatever. These days, I use whimsical (drawing tool) to manage some of my mindmaps and todo systems. No kidding. You will bound to grow out of it, and just adapt as you go. And when I fall off the wagon after weeks/months, I reset and start with pen and paper again.

Moral of the story - Don't find a tool to fit into it. Deeply observe how you work and find tech bits that help you in your evolving process.

Thanks Ashish. I completely agree with your philosophy here.

Have not used this much, but provides seperate workspaces. getferdi.com/ (free) which is based on meetfranz.com (paid). I do not understand the relationship between the two. Also what @Ashfame said
